Christopher Fleming, PhD, is interested in lifecourse trajectories of ecological risk and protection, prevention intervention efficacy, and quantitative methodology.  His research has focused on how childhood trauma and broad risk exposures lead to behavioral health problems, including delinquency, substance use, and mental health impairment, and how school and family-based prevention programs may reduce the effects of these exposures among high-risk adolescents.
