The signature R01 project is a Hybrid Type 2 study that uses a multilevel implementation (MLI) sequential multiple assignment randomized trial (SMART) design to evaluate ISLA and FCU-O in an adaptive design which will evaluate the effects of ISLA when compared to school-as-usual (SAU), and the effects of the FCU-O on youth who are non-responsive to ISLA.
